What was your initial expectation regarding the solution?

Our aim was to make our schedulers’ task easier. We were looking for a scheduling automating solution to help our training organisations in their daily work.

What have been the benefits of using our solution?

Our schedule needs are now quantified, qualified and programmed either automatically or semi-automatically. This is a major breakthrough for Enedis.

Teams are able to focus on their core business. Our schedulers’ tasks are more diverse, now that the schedule tasks have been refocused.

The outcome meets our expectations. The solution is so efficient that we are now able to manage schedule needs as they come. Previously, our needs were only dealt with a year and a half in advance to be scheduled on a schedule.

One of the benefits of the solution is that training sessions are automatically created according to the needs expressed by our employees. The ADE solution sees things that the human eye cannot see, for example when scheduling a session or having two trainings in a row. We have transitioned from a craft process to an industrialised process as a way of supporting our teams.

Thanks to ADE, we have completely rethought and rewritten the schedule process. It is just the solution we needed to modernise the scheduling process.

What elements of change management have you put in place since opting for our solution?

Enedis’s current schedule unit manager has contributed to implementing the project. Meaning he is completely familiar with using the solution on a daily basis. Therefore, he supports the choices made.

With the implementation of ADE came a shift in the company’s training culture. It was the opportunity to carry out a massive internal transformation.

Our team leaders no longer need to schedule training courses, a task which was very time-consuming. As managers, they are able to be a close support for their staff and help them develop their skills.

What were your thoughts on the additional modules offered by Adesoft such as the ADE Direct Portal and MYADEBooking?

The outcome of opting for ADE was beyond our expectations. We were offered a modular solution composed of the ADE schedule solution, the ADE Direct Portal and MYADEBooking. It is a comprehensive product which includes anticipation, mass scheduling and carrying out the sessions.

With the ADE Direct Portal, we were able to plan various activities besides training. By entrusting the subject to those in the field who are most qualified to deal with it, we have made it easier to exchange information quickly and to improve communication between teams.

The means provided by ADE are the use of artificial intelligence engines on the one hand, and the management of resources such as trainers and autorisations on the other hand. It is a comprehensive solution that meets wider expectations than we had ever imagined for our field staff.
